The Hockney name in tray bodies stretches back to the humble beginnings of the original ‘Alcan’ trays of the 70’s. This was, of-course, the pioneer aluminium tray, and is iconic Australian, still resting on the back of many Holden “1-tonners”, with over 1-million klms under their belts. The original Alcan tray is still manufactured today by reputed builders, and its longevity is testament to its design.

Under the Hockney Engineers banner, we manufacture specialised aluminium and steel commercial bodies. From many variations of these modest aluminium utility trays, to large full size truck service bodies.
